"Qubit Control Device QCU, Revealed at GTC"
Date: 2026.03.16 ~ 2026.03.19
Location: San Jose Convention Center
SDT announced that it will unveil the qubit control device QCU (Qubit Controller Unit), independently developed, at the global AI technology conference 'NVIDIA GTC 2026', and will actively proceed with the hybrid quantum-AI data center construction project.
In this exhibition, SDT showcased an integrated architecture that applies NVIDIA NVQLink to SDT's quantum cloud platform QuREKA, directly demonstrating the possibilities of quantum-AI hybrid systems operating in real industrial environments before global tech leaders.
QCU - A qubit control device for superconducting, neutral atom, and diamond NV center quantum systems

The QCU (Qubit Controller Unit) is key hardware that precisely controls and reads multiple qubits of a quantum computer. At GTC 2026, SDT's QCU was introduced alongside leading global quantum technology companies that have joined NVIDIA's NVQLink ecosystem.
Precise qubit control and measurement with a signal bandwidth of up to 8.5 GHz
Implementation of ultra-low-latency real-time feedback in microsecond (µs) intervals based on NVIDIA NVQLink
Maximization of hybrid computation efficiency through close integration with NVIDIA DGX B200
QuREKA - A hybrid cloud platform that connects quantum and AI resources

QuREKA is a hybrid quantum cloud platform that integrates SDT's 20-qubit superconducting quantum computer Kreo and QPUs from leading global companies with the NVIDIA DGX B200 GPU system into a single workflow. Users can continuously perform the entire process of algorithm development, testing, and execution on a single platform, and it is designed to allow first-time users of quantum computers to gradually approach various application areas from basic algorithms to bio, chemical, and optimization domains through a programming assistant feature.
Operation of various quantum resources such as superconducting and ion trap, along with GPU (NVIDIA DGX B200) resources on a single platform
User-friendly development environment provided based on an AI programming assistant
Cloud environment accessible directly from a web browser without complex infrastructure management

We would like to extend our gratitude to the NVIDIA representatives who made this partnership possible. NVIDIA officially launched NVQLink through the release of the cudaq-realtime API of the CUDA-Q platform at GTC 2026. This allows developers to exchange data between quantum control devices and GPUs in real-time using CUDA-Q code, and SDT is very pleased to be part of this new hybrid architecture ecosystem.
